Q: What is your turnaround time?
A: Typical turnaround time (by UPS regular ground mail) is 2-3 weeks on "stock" jerseys, and 3-4 weeks on "manufactured" jerseys.
Q: Do you have a minimum quantity of jerseys ordered?
A: We sell our "stock" jerseys in quantities as low as 12 pieces.
Q: How do I place an order?
A: If you have an order of greater than 75 pieces, we ask that you call us so that we can talk about our bulk pricing. You can order using our webstore. You can also e-mail your order to sales@ybashirts.com. (We recommend calling in order to finalize all order details).
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: We accept payment by cash, check, or credit card. PO #'s are recommended.
Q: What size(s) are your jerseys?
A: Generally, our jerseys are sized by "years old". For example...
YS:4-5 year olds, YM:6-7 year olds, YL:8-10 year olds, AS:9-11 year olds,
AM:12-13 year olds, AL:14-15 year olds, XL:16+, XXL:also available.
Generally, reversible jerseys fit one size smaller than t-shirts. We recommend 'sizing-up' wherever possible.
Q: What is the difference between your "stock" jerseys and "manufactured" jerseys?
A: Our "stock" jerseys are pre-made in certain styles and colors. Because these jerseys are mass-produced,
they are offered at a discount price, and with a quicker turnaround.
Our "manufactured" jerseys are custom made based on the style(s) and color(s) of your choosing.
Q: What if I need my jerseys quicker?
A: UPS offers 3-day, 2-day, and overnight options (for an additional charge).
Q: What are your prices?
A: As a jersey manufacturer and supplier, our costs are based on the style of jersey, quantity ordered, and
amount of screen print (logo front, # back, etc.). Price breaks are offered at 50, 150, 300, 1,000, and 5,000 (bigger discounts available in larger quantities). Please call or e-mail for immediate price quotes.
Q: Do you have screen or color set-up charges?
A: We have NO screen or color set-up charges. Aside from the jersey price, your only other cost is shipping.
Q: What color(s) of jerseys do you have?
A: Please see our website for style and color options, or call us at (800) 825-4625 for questions about "stock" jerseys.
Q: What if you don't have the exact color(s) I want?
A: We recommend you go with a neutral color jersey (i.e. black/white), and bring your specific colors into the
color of the screen print (for example, if you want green/white jerseys and they are not available, we recommend you ordering black/white with a green screen print).
Q: Can you print our logo on the jerseys?
A: Yes, we can print your custom logo on the jerseys/uniforms; just send us your logo in Adobe Illustrator format.
Q: What if I don't have a logo?
A: We have some generic 'logo templates' for you to choose from. After your order is placed we will assist you
in finalizing a logo.
Q: What is your return and exchange policy?
A: ***You MUST contact us by calling 1.800.505.8110 before returning or exchanging any items. Items returned without contacting us will NOT get to their intended destination.
RETURN POLICY - If your item is damaged in any way you may return the item within 15 days of delivery for a replacement. Any defective item or incorrect shipment will be replaced at no shipping charge to you.
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. We cannot accept C.O.D. shipments. There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. Again you MUST contact us within 15 days if you intend to return ANY items. Items returned to us AFTER 15 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.
Please note: We do not refund shipping costs that you pay on returned items. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back to us through a traceable carrier. Most major carriers offer tracking information; however, domestic and international parcel packages are typically not traceable.
EXCHANGE POLICY - You can return unworn, unused items within 15 days of ship date for an exchange. Exchanges are only valid for the same item in a different size. This only applies to non-customized items. All sales are final for items that have been printed, embroidered, or otherwise altered.
The customer is responsible for all exchange shipping charges, including duty and tax, if applicable. We cannot accept C.O.D. shipments. We will bill you separately for shipping of the exchanged item(s). For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back to us through a traceable carrier. Most major carriers offer tracking information; however, domestic and international parcel packages are typically not traceable.
